This is a Biostar Geforce 6100-M7 board in an arcade game. There are a couple blown OST caps near the corners of the board.
I noticed that they are using a 20 pin PSU (Sparkle FSP270-50SNV) on a 24 pin connector, but I doubt that it caused the bad caps. The CPU fan also seems tight. I'm not sure what CPU is installed on it because I didn't want to power it up.
Another odd thing I noticed was that the CPU fan has a tag on it with a picture of a crossed out garbage can. Could the fan contain lead or something?
