    Asus B85-E boot time is too long

    Hy all,

    Asus B85-E Too long bios post time-aprox.15-20 sec, but booting every time.Change ram,cpu,psu.

    Bios is up to date and cell battery is brand new.

      You mean 15-20 seconds before showing any image? Or when showing BIOS image? Is it everytime you shut it down/turn back on (without disconnecting from the mains) or reboot?

      Tried reset CMOS?
      Tried with nothing except PSU/RAM/CPU connected to the board, outside the chassis?
      Tried to update BIOS again even if it's up to date?

        15-20 sec before showing bios image.It is everytime when shut down or restarting.

        Reset cmos ,rewrite bios with ez flash with B85M-E BIOS 3602.

        Mainboard its on thre table and have one stick of 4gb/1600 mhz and the cpu.

          Flash this bios with your programmer, not easy flash.

                Thanks this BIOS helped me to solve the problem of
                "USB Device Over Current Status Detected !!"

                I know that would be more of a physical problem than BIOS, but the truth is that the ports did not have any problem, they were in good condition, also clear the CMOS and nothing, but flashing the BIOS worked and already revived the Motherboard with that.
