Can't positively identify any of these capacitors.

There is no definite match to known capacitors from known manufacturers.

However, as is fairly common these days, many capacitors are manufactured specifically for OEM's, particularly those that manufacture motherboards and video cards. As these capacitors are special ordered, there is usually no public information available for these capacitors, unfortunately.

So, it is likely these capacitors are custom ordered, with no information on them being available to others.

they could be from Jamicon.
they are just generic polymers though - why does it matter?
