hi everyone i heve dell G3 3579 and i repair is in short laptop turn on ok with battery but with charger not turn on i see in schematic and missing +PWR_SCR can i help to solution this problem i see in schematic +PWR_SCR output on this ic

Measure voltage and resistance to ground on all pins .
