How did the mosfets go missing?

Why not just figure out what they are from the other complete phases? Normally these have one high side FET and two low side, so it should not be too difficult to work it out

It looks like you had at least one burn up bad and destroy the power/ground plane under the tab - good luck with that one

What resistance is the GPU reading from the inductor coils to ground?
