LA-B991P motherboard on and then off

Hello guys. I have a laptop Acer Aspire V5-571G motherboard LA-B991P powering on and off after around 3-4 secs.

I have seen that PM_SLP_S3#, PM_SLP_S4# and PM_SLP_S5#, after pressing power button, go up to 2v but suddenly drop to 0v... On coils, resistance and voltages seem to be ok, as you can see on the images attached.

Since PM_SLP_S3#, PM_SLP_S4# and PM_SLP_S5# are straight connected between PCH and SIO and because I have not much experience in laptop power sequence, I don't know if it could be a issue due to bad SIO or PCH.

Anybody having experience in that can please help me to understand?

    Thanks
