i want extract a bios but no luck with winextractor /7zip/universal extractor

i have seen a software that drag and drop and you get a extracted bin file

sir i download it but after extract folder
there is a Phoenix Tool and when i try to extract hp exe bios file With Phoenix Tool I Got error massage
it says Not Phoenix/Dell/insyde/EFI BIOS
i think this tool is for dell only not for hp

Hp and acer new generation bios extract

I try it with differents exe from HP/acer and always this message : the program has no any UF image...any idea ! thank you
