    No Video Output on Laptop

I have an HP Pavilion g6, I have manage to get all voltage needed for the board to boot up. However, when I press the power button I have no video on the screen. I can see the fan turning and I have 19v, 3v, and 5v. In this particular board the graphics card is integrated in the CPU. I have seen videos online where techs have manage to re-hot the video chip, but in the scenario, the GPU is solder on the board, which is not the case of the APU, which is in a socket. In the past the laptop would take up to a day in producing video. I guess that's b/c the chip needs to get hot before all the pins re-align (I guess), so if the problem is the APU. can it be re-hot or is it better to change it.... How can I be sure that is video output the problem?
    thanks

You can try UMA by shifting the resistor R444 to R445.
