Hi guys, i have Samsung NP350 which had a cap shorted to GND preventing it from working. After replacing it i get standard +5V, +3.3V rails, there is +5V on FAN controller, Bios has +3.3, chipset chip gets warm, front LED's work, power LED turns on when pwrbtn is pressed, LVDS connector has 5V and 19V(LCD_INV), but fan doesn't spin and there is no image on lcd screen.
KB9012QF (ENE) gets:
on/off button signal (3.3V)
reset stays high (3.3V) all the time
pbtn_out gets high (3.3V) after on/off_btn is pressed
sys_on gets high (3.3V) when on/off_btn is pressed
PM_SLP_S3# gets high (3.3V)
PM_SLP_S5# gets high (3.3V)
SUSPEND# gets high (3.3V)
Can anyone tell what those SUSPEND#, PM_SLP_S3#, PM_SLP_S5# are and what are they meant to do?
Is it normal to have SUSPEND# on when system starts?
Note: Laptop sometimes turns on by itself, without pushing on/off button... hm...
