Fujitsu 775 771 microcode problem

hello

i have D3041-a11 gs3 mobo and i want to modify the oem bios to xeon microcodes. i have tried the cbrom195.exe but it doesnt work for me.
can anyone add the microcodes for me?

There were no instructions where i got the file from https://www.overclock.net/forum/6-in...eon-cpu-s.html

I`d guess you have to run dskflash first to update the bios from windows, then make a bootable floppy/flash drive ,put the microcode folder contents onto it and run autoexec.bat
