Please help: Asus fx506l no power

Hi guys, got interesting problem : Asus fx506l with dabkxdmb8e0 board. It had liquid damage on palm rest (motherboard clean af), 19v is present but no 3.3v, 5v. Checked all coils, no-one had short to ground. I'm thinking the ITE IT8987VG is bad. Please confirm my suspicion. Plugin in without battery, orange light is blinking, sometimes power led turns on like for .1 seconds.

Check the larger caps around the EC for voltage in standby. One or more should have +3.3V. Some designs don't switch on +3.3V till enabled by the EC. Logic voltage is usually provided by a LDO output of the 3.3V regulator IC.

Look at each IC on the board part numbers to work out which one is providing the 3.3V and 5V rails.

This EC is self-programming from bios... Look at the schematics
