repair ME but it not help

reflash bios but still the same

dont have programmet for ITE so im waiting for it

any hint on this?

have two board with same problem

What about the rest of the power rails? Resistances on all the coils? RTC battery?

rtc ok, resistance ok, have 1.0, 3.3 and 5V, have 3.3 on PWRSW

as i have two board with same symptoms, this must be something similiar for this models

Check ram section voltage
