Good day brothers, im just looking for power mosfet LBSS139LT1G. Equivalent part.

This is a low power, casual switch so pretty much any n-channel mosfet should do.

However you should confirm it is the problem by pulling it out, shorting the gate to source with tweezers and then testing the mosfet again.

thanks bro. i think it not my problem

my problem is its burned and i found this. the circuit board it self burn upside down without any component burn or shorted.

i dont think if this could be fix anymore! what would you think?

It absolutely can be fixed. It'll require skillz, a dremel, a microscope and UV mask & light but it can be fixed.
