Samsung H6400 random restarts or black screen

TV works as normal for a few seconds then either get black screen or restart and will continue doing this randomly. If it goes to black screen subtitles and sound keep working.
In HDMI will get the random reboots but takes longer. With TCON disconnected it still randomly restarts. is this main board issue?

Need to check you power board voltages.

samsung, unplug cable from powerboard to mainboard, leave off, plug power cord in, see if backlights come on and stay on, if they do, then backlights and powerboard are ok.

Yes it is main board. Menus and sound work its just video that goes out doesnt matter what source. Where on the main board would the video processing part be? I might just look for bad solder joints.

Heat up main processor and then try and turn on tv and see if you have picture.
