Post a picture of the white barcode sticker, it might be on the ram slot ,or near soldered ram.

Try this, latest from the asus site, injected into your image and cleared ME.

Daniel can you provide an older version of this? maybe the 3.00 release?
        https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/n...40LJ-AS300.zip

asking this because i have an ASUS F540LJ that when opening "performance monitor" on Windows 10 switch to a BSOD with System_Services_Exception
(tried with Windows 10 19h2/20h2/21h1) i also tried with Ubuntu but seems not possible to create partitions on SSD (for a Kernel permissions error)

On Windows 11 the BSOD is different... but i not remember what is.

Right now i tried to reflow the CPU.. i removed the Network IC .. replaced disk using also the DVDROM connector... but still same issue.

The laptop can play hours of youtube videos without issues...

Vert thankyou in advance for your help.

        P.S. the motherboard is a X540LJ REV 2.1
