Dimming control is also way too low.

Do i need to replace the power supply? Or can i replace someting on the power supply?
Or is it a problem from the motherboard?

At this point it looks to be the main board problem due to lacking control signals for tye backlights circuit and also due to "I could not find any picture with a flashlight.'

I just tought ... it and reflowed the processor chip and i got the tv working

I also confirm reflowing the processor chip, the tv is back. Of course, for my situation, television had exactly the same problem as what xorium said.
