Samsung UE43RU7092U restarting with no video

The tv is restarting every 5 seconds with no image , i have tryed to remove each of the flex cables separatelly , then the tv stays on , i can hear the sound starting, but no video, i have found a some pins to cover with tape and i get video but after a few seconds a few vertical lines fade in the image, has anyone any idea what should i check or do next?

Check for shorts on the panel board on side you put the tape.

What are those other two little black spots on the cable you taped?

You are probably blocking to many lines. If you are using electrical tape instead of thinner scotch tape, then contacts on either side will have problems.
