    Asus X550CC switch?

    HI!

    Laptop switched on randomly after 10x-20x try. Sometimes led blink or illuminated with button press. Button and cable replaced. No luck. Bios or kbc? Any idea?

    When the Mob is switched how long does it stay on? Try the basic stuff first rest Bios Battre try with a another RAM etc

      if u have gpu nvidia 720 try to heat it up to 120c and after minute try to boot up

        ktmmotocross, techtiger no luck. If powered on, then stays on forever. No vga problem sure. Has integrated ram.

            If it did switch on and worked it may indeed be related to BIOS or EC. I'd start by flashing the BIOS, then if the EC firmware is not integrated into the BIOS, flash the EC firmware.
            If there is no power at all then it's mostly related to EC. If there is power but not POSTing, then it's mostly related to BIOS.
            Otherwise in case of no power, check what @techtiger suggests.

                Could be a bios-main or ec, issue. You can try switching it directly from kbc pin. If it turns on everytime, power switch is the issue. With a multimeter, you can test the switch is working or not(putting the multimeter in diode mode, connect black probe to gnd pin of switch and red probe to positive pin(3v) of switch- when you press the switch, it should show zero or beep)
