Aclu9/aclu0 wont turn on

Hi comunity, this lenovo wont turn on, i detect ic pu301 broken, and pin 1 and 2 are referred to ground, I already removed the caps from pins 1 and 2 but the reference to ground is still present someone can help me, pq 302 have pin 1-3 20v pin 4 5v when pj301 is open but when close it pin 4 take 19,5 v and 6-8 are referred to ground

The broken IC BQ24737 did you change it? When you open the jumper the 2nd Fet is switching Drain side you get +20V? When you close the Jumper PQ302 Gate 19.5V meaning your protection circuit active check the 3caps and PQ311 for any short
