    Apple 820-00244not start

Hello.Have this Apple 820-00244 board that wont start. i dont have QC charger, just usual 5V 1.5A usb charger.

When i connect it to usb-c port the voltage on fuse is 5V, but after first doubled mosfet i have fluctuating voltage from 5V to 3V

do u think i need 20V charger to test it?

Yes it needs a 20V charger to work. Use a genuine one.
Don't just inject 20V into the usb c port! Theres communication between the board and charger. The board will "tell" the charger to go to 20V.
