No signs of life Asus K555L

I have an Asus K555L laptop that doesn't show any signs of life.NO lights NO HDD sound NO fan sound. I took it apart and measured the first mosfets and they have power. I also noticed an UP1589Q IC getting very hot and i mean very hot. If someone is willing to help a newbie that would be awesome.Laptop motherboard is K555LD rev 3.3

I don't know your motherboard revision, the pic refferring at ver 2.0
UP1598Q generate the 3.3v and 5v always voltages, probably needs to be replaced. Check PL8100 and PL8101 to confirm absence both signal. Also some mosfet are part of this circuit

I measured them and this is what i got
For PL8100 voltage is 0.00v resistance to ground is 6.1Ω
For PL8101 voltage is 0.00v resistance to ground is 235Ω

Resistance on PL8100 should be a little higher. Seems shorted.

You need to remove PL8100 and check short is on which side of the coil pads. Apply 1-2Volts on the shorted side with dc lab supply-shorted component will heat. Btw, do you have lab psu??

Not the correct way of doing this but 3v3 from ATX power supply might be the easiest DIY short-finder.

Connecting green and black wire together will start the PSU.

ok sorry for the LONG delay i bought a soldering station with a hot air gun from china and was waiting for it to arrive i did what RethoricalCheese suggested and found that PC8207 was heating up. I removed it and tried booting again BUT again the UP1589Q is getting hot and the laptop is not working.
