Just wanted to share my fix of this printer.
Upon receipt it was completely dead, no power. Cosmetically looks perfect. Opened it up to find the power PCB was severely cracked at the front edge. One is just surface, the other goes all the way through. Given it looks cosmetically perfect I suspect someone applied a lot of pressure at the front of the printer, which causes the chassis to deform slightly and flex the PCB.
Put in some jumper wires and it fired right up. Going to 3D print a plastic piece to reinforce the cracked section of the PCB.
