Hi all
i have an HP power supply PS-4321 connected in series with bulb.
Series lamp is blinking when i short green wire and ground.
Voltage on mail capacitor is fluctuating.
i changed all capacitor but still the same.
i checked for short NO SHORT.
i looks like power supply is restarting that is why series lamp is flashing.
without power i do get correct voltage on main capacitor NO FLUCTUATION but i am missing 6v on a smd capacitor that is connected directly on ic 6802.
i also changed ic 6802.
there are 3 optocoupler and the middle one on high side i should get 17v but i get a little voltage.
on secondary side i do have the 5v and aux 12v.
if i disconnect the side side of middle optocoupler and install diode, negative to ground the series light bulb is not flashing and voltage on mail capacitor is ok
can someone help!
