    Samsung 710v — Dump/Flash NT68F63L?

    Hi,
Got a Samsung SyncMaster 710v with the famous bad Novatek NT68F63L. The 50ohm resistor trick worked for a while but the issue is now back. I want to replace the chip but I don't know how to dump the firmware from the old one and flash it on the new one.
I heard of a VGA to LPT cable and using a software called EasyWriter. Does anyone have any info on this?

That is super easy with a HDMi to VGA cable and the RT809H programmer! VGA simply plugged in on the Samsung Syncmaster and the HDMi plug into the RT809H. It autorecognizes the bios and reads and also programs it within seconds.
I however disassembled this bad monitor for the spare parts being the cfl tubes and both boards because VGA input never worked and my Bios must have been corrupt and the backup I made also wrong somehow. Couldn't find a good bin file either.

Alectronic is right. The HDMi should be connected to the RT809H and the VGA should be connected to the Samsung Syncmaster. This should work
