Remove all power -> meter in resistance mode.

Check the resistance to ground of each coil (inductor).

Each coil is linked to a buck regulator (takes as input a high voltage; output is a lower voltage). Perhaps some power rail is drawing too much current due to a leaky / defective capacitor and forcing this shutdown.

Search for low resistance readings to ground. Post the readings. The boardview and schematic files are available.
