CA600 Yamaha amp LED/BULB help please

    Hi all

Have replaced output devices for one of the channels & amp now working, but a previous explorer has decided to rip out the power on indicator LED/BULB.

Not a clue what type it is, or even where it's connected.

    Can anyone help.

It is a 12v 60ma Lamp, connects to pins 5 & 6 on power switch board.

Connected to pins 5 & 6 of the main on/off switch PCB, which are the top 2 tags.

Used a pilot light bulb from an old VCR deck as I'm fairly sure they were 12V.

if by pilot you mean the post lamp that sticks up into the tape and detects the start/end leaders then perfect - if you can find them anymore!
i have a bundle somewhere but i'v not seen them sold for years
