Hello,
I can't identify a component labeled Q1 on the main board of a redundant server PSU from Etasis, product name EFRP-465
ICs on the board have labels with prefixes U, so we have U1, U2, etc. The mysterious component is labeled Q1, so it must be a transistor (BJT)/MOSFET/etc.
I have attached the image for Q1.
I have searched multiple SMD reference websites without being able to identify the component.
Here is some important information from the board::
1. Pin 2 and the tab are connected to GND (after unsoldering Q1, I confirmed they're the same pin).
2. Pin 3 is fed from the aux of a flyback transformer, via a Schottky diode (the other transformer aux pin is connected to GND).
3. Pin 1 feeds another part of the circuit, located on a small board...
Thank you in advance,
Roger
