Need help identifying an SOT23-6 with marking 5719k

Hello,

While trying to identify the source of a short circuit on a satellite receiver (Nasatronic NTC-02), I found the component causing the short as a 6-pin SMD chip in an SOT23-6 package with marking 5719k.

Does anyone know what this chip is ?
It can also help if someone can provide the schematics of this receiver.
