I have this ITX motherboard from Gigabyte paired with a 3900X and 32GB of RAM,
The board is only a few months old. I had taken it out of my case (in working condition) a few weeks ago, since I needed the case for something else. The board was left uncovered inside a workshop-type area (yes, bad) for that time and accumulated a little dust. Before trying to use it again I of course cleaned it off with compressed air and make sure that no dust or debris was left on the board.
Pressing the power button makes the PSU click-on and the CPU fan spin, but nothing more. No LEDs or Video. The X570 Chipset heatsink and CPU get hot to the touch.
I've tried:
What else could I try? Could a little dust really kill a unpowered board?

I've tried:
- CMOS reset
- Pulling the CMOS battery
- Cleaning it again
- Other known-good RAM
- Other known-good CPU with graphics
- Other graphics card
- Other PSU
- QFlash flashback (LED blinks and flash completes but still nothing)
