When it shuts down can it be restarted immediately and if not what voltages are missing?
Willing to help but I'm no expert.

As it is the mobo is the holy 17mb95 shit I would say its a firmware fault. Have you reset the Tv ?

If a reset does not work and you have a 17MB95 i recently saw a guy post this fix but unsure if it works but worth a try

                        A common issue,as many will know,is firmware corruption on these,and it's variants.
After flashing, you may find that when cold,it will revert to the dreaded blinking light scenario. Many have suggested it's a worn-out flash chip-This is not the case. Its caused by a Multilayer ceramic cap, fitted above C137,directly above the letter C.simply remove it.
                        Problem solved

Thats not the case with Vestels each board has software on it specifically written to that panel and Psu etc. So you cant just change them if the board is the same you need all the numbers to be the same.

Oh, ok. Thanks for teaching me. I hope this isn't considered high jacking but my lg has firmware, aren't they different? When I go to the website to download firmware, I have to select which TV it is.
