Constant White Display on laptop screen

So I have this 15.6 laptop screen that shows only white screen. The backlight turns on but there is no data.
Motherboard is fine as checked with other display and it works fine.

I am unable to find threads that talk about repairing laptop screens.
I also checked the display panel and both the fuse are fine. THe data test points on the panel has around 1.5 volts.
There is 19V on the backlight fuse and VCC test point on the panel has 3.3 volt.

ANy pointers as to where to start ?

Well… easiest is to replace the panel.
If you really want to troubleshoot the panel itself, check voltage on VGL and VGH.
Also, depending on the kind of panel (always give all the info…) it'll most likely have a 3.3V for EDID, and a separate 3.3V for panel power, or sometimes 5V.

The bias voltage generator on the lcd itself probably died so there is no contrast.

check for voltages VGL and VGH. Check for shorts. Check for heating component, check also the lvds connectors for corrosion open circuit, fuse etc..
