No boot Sharp HT-CN9900DVW

Hi guys..this dvb turn on but it gets stuck on " power on" and no boot..i try out flash..and heat on cpu..ram...but it does not work...actually when i tap power button, it Writes on the display "power on" and It does not move forward and we do not see the image on the TV

I solve this problem...one smd resistor location r68 ((on top of cpu)) was defective..
