Try holding on the tv volume down-channel up and power, see if you hear a click and tv starts.

then i plugged the flat cable back in and unplugged the next, same error black screen light flashes....
so the led panel is ok?

here i managed to force the powerboard to turn on the led lights
                  i think they all work.
the voltage gives 178V on each line

you have an issue on the right side of the set. It is likely a problem with signals getting to that side. Look at the tabs along that side. IF you input a signal, you will likely see the issue better.

This is, of course, not the reason for the TV not to turn on
I forced the lights LED only with the power board.

What do you think about the lights? do you think they are burned out?

When you forced the power supply ON, what is the voltage on EACH pin of L1

                        Pin1 LED1+
                        Pin2 LED1-
                        Pin4 LED2-
                        Pin6 LED3-
                        Pin8 LED4-

And Yes, I think you have burnt out led's on the right side of the panel.

Look at the pictures. So I forced him to turn on the LED power

I have 180V power on each + wire
                          hence 4x 180V

                          Pin1 LED1+ =180V
                          Pin2 LED1-
                          Pin3 LED2+ =180V
                          Pin4 LED3-
                          Pin5 LED4+ =180V
                          Pin6 LED2-
                          Pin7 LED3+ =180V
                          Pin8 LED4-

Do you think I turned on the lights?
I got that kind of thing that lightning damaged him
                          storm.

obviously we didn't get along well.
I have 180V on every positive pin
if you were interested in that?

First of all, you have to explain to me how to measure LCD bodies properly.
I'm not a trained electronics major.
my savvy mind knows how to measure current + ter - with a voltmeter ..
How to measure if the LED bar is working properly, I don't know.
If you explain to me, he will be able to answer you.

                                    I apologize for my English
I'm writing with the google translate.

                                        You must have:
                                        Pin1 LED1+ =80-90V
                                        Pin2 LED1-

                                        Pin4 LED3-
                                        Pin5 LED4+ =80-90V
                                        Pin6 LED2-

each led backlight strip is formed from two lines of 17 leds in paralel .....
