Default HELP: 330uF tantalum capacitors

Hello Everyone,
I'm just a bit curious or let say uncertain for these caps.

I have tried to replace NEC tokin 0E907 with 4 pcs of 330uF 2.5V.
the laptop works fine.

then another laptop (different laptop) came after a year, with the same issue.
but this time I have a different type of 330uF tantalum caps.

the one I've used before was 330 with small letter e on the markings.

e = 2.5V, but this time I have 330uF with letter d on the markings
d= 2.0V, right? correct me please.

the question is, does 4 x 330uF with d marking works well with 0E128 NEC tokin?

thank you for the answer and enlightening me.

it depends on the voltage of the cpu.
you should not go over the caps maximum voltage - it's that simple.

personally i only buy 6.3v or higher caps - it makes them more usefull.
