Model: HP 15-la c701p turn on but no post at internal and external .
All voltages are present on its coils, consumption is :
with ram = 0.342 amp
without ram = 0.331 amp
I have these measurements:
RTC section :
JCMOS1 = PCH_RTCRST# =3.018v
JME1 = PCH_SRTCRST# =3.019v
KB9022QD
LID_SW# 3.07v (EC pin 115)
PCH_RSMRST# 3.02 (EC pin 100)
PCH_PWROK 3.3v (EC pin 32)
PLT_RST# 3.3v (EC pin 13)
Ram Measurements :
+1.35V_VDDQ = 1.362v
+0.6V_0.675VS = 0.681v
+V_VDDR_REFA_DQ = .683v
PCH_SMBDATA = 3.3v
PCH_SMBDATA = 3.3v
DDR3_DRAMRST 0v....must be 1.35v
Trace DDR3_DRAMRST until RC308 ( pull up resistor ) : got 1.35v from only one side ; 0v from the other side...the ohm value is correct .
Try 2 official bios same issue ; other ram too.
What to check else ...thank you
