When I drag my dump file into RCUnlock, I get the following message: Wrong chip. Try reading and unlocking 16 MB chip !
What is the Problem ?

The 64mb chip is for the 8MB bios (8 X 8 = 64) and the 128mb chip is for the 16MB bios (8 X 16 = 128)

Drag the 16MB backup onto RCUnlocker and see what happens

My backup file is the 16Mb and I still get the previous message.

Try it now with the attached bios,you will still need to unlock it using RCUnlocker.The problem was you backed up as an OTP chip,it means One Time Programmable,that adds code to the end making it longer than the 16,384KB standard size that RCUnlocker expects to see

Hi,
I found the problem, RCUnlocker, did not have permission to write the modified file. Everything is OK and my backup file is patched.
Thanks to you SMDFlea.
I will try the patched bios tomorrow.

Try to clean ram slot, put the ram in the other slot and change your ram.
