Why would you remove these capacitors? Any interesting measurements from there?

I agree. The two highlighted caps are part of RTC circuit and cannot be bad as you are getting display. Flash clean me bios first.

Is the screen restarting or is it the operating system that is restarting? What is the sequence of events that causes the screen restarting and when it restarts what are you observing? Is there a graphic card or is it built in graphics. Most likely laptops have built in graphics. Are the display driver up to date and are they the correct drivers?

Tried Flash clean me bios but still not working.
I have re-heated the chipset and it shows up and works normally.
Thank you everyone for your support

Which Chipset you heated?? Is there dedicated graphics chip and thats what you heated or was it the SOC itself??
