ASUS m5a78l-m lx3 6 pin usb reglator test, without power on

Hello,

How can I test the motherboard, 6-pin USB voltage regulator?
If possible with the motherboard turned off.
Unfortunately, it turns off after 15 seconds. Due to USB overload.

PS:

Unfortunately, I haven't found a data sheet (Schematic) yet.
Motherboard type: ASUS m5a78l-m lx3

I decided to replace it. But I don't know the type. Board View gives little information about it:
MB_SOT23_6P

what could this be?

what can i replace it with?
Anyone have any ideas?

See attached. Appears to be a standard TVS ESD protection diode array which are common to the better logic boards featuring USB surge devices.
