To determine if Q6010 mosfet is defective, remove all power.

Meter in resistance mode.

Measure the resistance across the mosfet pins:

source (1-2-3) & drain (5-6-7-8)
source (1-2-3) & gate (4)
gate (4) and drain (5-6-7-8)

Post all measurements.

You can test each of the mosfets using the same method. If the resistance readings are low - the mosfet is defective. Best to post every measurement for a review.

Hi, I can not findd L6035
Q6010 mosfet measurement:

source (1-2-3) & drain (5-6-7-8) 1,2 ohm
source (1-2-3) & gate (4) 189 ohm
gate (4) and drain (5-6-7-8) 190 ohm

Can you post a pic of one of these mosfet measurements?

If indeed in ohms, the readings are extremely low and this part appears to be defective.

If in ohms on the meter, remove this mosfet -> measure again the same readings but while it is off the logic board and on your work table. This will be the final confirmation that the mosfet is defective and needs to be replaced.

Proceed to measure the other mosfets that follow this one in the schematic and logic board. Post each measurement.

mosfet Q6010 is broken, short!
on board now 120 KOhm

Ok. So Q6010 will be required to be replaced.

Proceed to test the other mosfets that follow this one so you can replace each for this repair. Do continue to update this thread.

i can't find where to buy MDU1515 anywhere. Only in china but shipping times are long

The datasheet for the MDU1515 is attached.

It is a 5x6mm N-channel mosfet.

Do you have any donor boards?

Here is the (rough) criteria for a replacement (in order of importance):

1) Locate a mosfet that is physically this size (5*6)
2) Must be N-channel
3) Must be able to support 30V (or higher)
4) Review the part # of the replacement -> find the datasheet -> check the current that can be supported. Higher the current support, the lower the Rds value and better the part.

@Piernov has a sticky with more of the finer details on the mosfet selection but start with the above checklist.

It is very possible that you already have a replacement in your toolbox / donor board(s).

You're Sure 19V is present at the Current Resistor (See Red circle of attached Pic)?

What exactly do you have done in this area?

dear if there is no 19v on this resistance than what i will check
