I need clean bios from another unlocked machine...or maybe unlock my dump?

I have only filled service tag.
...hdd is locked too soo i must change it.

I have had some success but now I am getting TPM device is not detected.

If unlock code not work, change 6FF1 to BF97 and try again.

I didn't have any luck previously with bios-pw.org.
I've just re-flashed my original bios file to use the code you have suggested(BF97)but now it won't boot up and will only work with the bios file that Vesko356 attached. Any idea why my backed up file won't work now?

I would appreciate it if someone could have a look at my attached file in my last post #9

Ok I have it working perfectly now. I extracted a Dell bios file and copied over some of my original back up file to make it full size. Service tag working as it should. If anyone needs help with their 3390 let me know, sure I can help now.
