just tryed the technika LED40-248, main board T.MSD306.69A 11345,yes the tv now turns on and off no probs, but my screen is LTA400HM13, and the pic is upside down and bad, so make sure you dont try it with this combo of board and screen,

Did you manage to get hold of a good dump for this main board from the model you stated? As it would be very helpful if you could upload the dump here? As I am after a good dump for the Technika LED40-248 Main board T.MSD306.69A 11345 with screen LTA400HM13
