ver 1 its working but it takes 5minutes to wait for the display comes

Its a virgin bios straight from emaxx ,your problem is somewhere else , hard drive, optical drive bad or SATA cables most likely fault.

already removed all the cable but still 5mins to take display does this onboard video have problem?

Thanks Everyone. My motherboard is working again!!!..Its been awhile this motherboard emx a70fm2 was dead ..Im glad I found this site..agaim many thanks..bios ver 2. works for me..

can i flash bios UPS file direct to chip using rt809f without converting it to BIN file?

If the RT809F will read the file yes.If not just rename the file extension from .UPS to .bin or .rom
