    MSI GP60 2QF Leopard Pro distorted sound

    Hello.
    Have this msi MS-16GH MSI GP60 2QF Leopard Pro gaming laptop that have weird sound. owner say he using much headphones jack

    check audio attached

    where to start finding fault?

    on headphones sound is good, only on reproductors is bad

      Have you tried it with linux .If its only happening under win 8/10 try to reinstall the Soundblaster cinema,and EQ drivers

        i try it with ububntu and works the same. i think it is in amplifier but need schematic to check that

          i check amplifier. i have flicker voltage on input and output, but on ALC892 sound chip output lines is stable
          VDD voltages on both chip is solid and ok

          have u some hint how to check sound before it enters amplifier?

            Just play a 1khz square wave on the laptop and connect a scope to input and output. There are many programs that can do this.

              i check input sound to amplifier with headphones and it is ok.
              Amplifier is APA2031



              BYPASS line have flicker voltage. what does this BYPASS signal?

                from datasheet i see that bypass is just connected to capacitor, so i will order amplifier ic and replace it
