I have a problem, the laptop only turns on on the battery, it shows in the system that it is charging, but the battery percentages are dropping. (does not charge the battery).
On the power supply itself, it does not turn on. New original power supply without changes.

So without battery it doesn't work check your first and second mosfet for short.

After desoldering two PQ20 PQ21 (TPCC8067) mosfets

PQ20 TPCC8067
D+S= 2,5ohms
D+G= 120omhs
S+G= 120ohms

PQ21 TPCC8067 After setting the meter to 200 Kilo-ohms, no transition in any direction

PQ21 looks compact and PQ21 no transition

D+S= 2,5ohms
D+G= 120omhs
S+G= 120ohms

PQ21 TPCC8067 After setting the meter to 200 Kilo-ohms, no transition in any direction

PQ21 looks compact and PQ21 no transition

PQ20 measurement are of mosfet or PCB Traces after removal?? If the measurementsare of mosfet, replace it as its bad.

After replacing it with a new PQ20 PQ21, the laptop works fine. Thank you for your help

Gentlemen, after two days the same problem again. The laptop does not charge and does not turn on on the power supply itself. On battery, it turns on. I replaced the PQ20 again PQ21 (TPCC8067) Works fine. Why did the PQ20 PQ21 get damaged again? What else can I check?

Is the mosfet back defect then you must replace the charger ic also that controls the gate of the mosfet.

Ok, I'll test it on a new original charger
