MBA 820-00165 Pulses S0 State then off again every 3sec.

No liquid damage, just a little corrosion on R6125 and R6120 but cleaned it.

Something strange, when I test on diode mode on F7140 (PPBUS_G3H) it beeps for half a second then impedance gets higher.
If I reverse the proves it shows me low impedance but not low enough to beep.
Maybe a Short? or ISNS resistor?

When powered on PPBUS_G3H is 8.6 stable. And tested PP3V3_S0 and PP5V_S0. And it pulses to right voltage and then 0V. It does this every 3 seconds or so.

CPU VCore probably pulsing too — confirm.
SPI ROM communication issue can definitely cause this. You already spotted corrosion on R6120 and R6125. There's more. Dirt on J6100, U6100, U6101, damaged/corroded resistor, broken trace, probe point…

check the high current sensing resistors if they read by specs.
