    Hello,

Got a Corsair RM1000 PSU that kicked off main fuses in the building, found the fault but cant identify the diode, see the pictures below:

If anyone could provide me some schematics, would be thankful!

if he face has blown off, it's still in there somewhere - give it a good shake.

no idea, you have to trace the tracks.
it may be the pfc circuit.

It is the PFC rectifier, and two power MOSFETs for the PFC boost stage are near this rectifier - one possible match for this rectifier could be an ST STTH8L06.

                  R508
                  R507
                  R510

hey guys, i am new to badcaps.net and need your help on the rm1000 power supply unit. the power supply got fried and on opening it. i found a burnt capacitor and a varactor(not so sure, the component in front of the diode with reference to the picture) leaving the fuse ok. i changed the burnt components and visually everything seems ok. but its not powering up. i need your help asap. thanks.
