When I start screen is black but keyboard backlight work fine. So I think it's bios problem

Hi,

Just to clarify more, my issue is not clearing password.
The laptop bricked during original bios update process. It doesn't boot at all and generates a beep sequesnce (the local service location told me the motherboard needs to be changed and it costs $1300.0 !!!).

I have bricked Lenovo Thinkpad L380 Yoga type 20M8-S27600. Failed bios upgrade from windows. I bought the CH341A programmer with clips.

Last, I need a BIOS bin for flashing. You ask for bios backup, do you think on corrupt BIOS dump with CH341 programmer?
If not can you point me to where to look for instruction how to create a backup ?
I have access to another working yoga of the same series.
Can dump from working Yoga be used somehow for repair ?
