Acer Spin 1 laptop not detecting the harddrive

Hello guys

I have an Acer Spin 1 with on board sandisk EMMC drive 64Gb, it not showing at all even if you try to reinstall windows , it not showing at all…Do I have to reball the memory chip or change it completely…

The laptop is working, I can go to bios but I can't boot into a drive, and it doesn't show the drive

hi.

1) what are the full markings on the eMMC part ?

2) are the parts marked in yellow (attached) missing or are not stuffed ?

3) what is the history of this unit? liquid damage? dropped?
