When recovered the password didn't understand the meaning of it (MS Surface pro 3 TaBlet)
password = MSSp3TaB

What's the keyboard layout, is it QWERTY or other?
Have you actually read the bios of the MS Surface Pro 3 in which the password is not being accepted? I understand that you have 4 of them and the password worked in just 3 of them.

On the BIOS screen, I entered password = MSSp3TaB and it told me Password Incorrect.

All the keyboards used are QWERTY layout, and I tried entering it on via the Onscreen keyboard to be sure.

This method is not applicable for Microsoft Surface Go 1824.

I bought a surface pro 3 on FB Marketplace, and it has bios password, and cannot boot from usb.
Can someone help me to find the password?
