Lenovo W540 BIOS repair and password need help

    Hi everyone,

i got a used Lenovo Thinkpad W540 where it seems that a Bios update went wrong.
After pressing the startbutton the lenovo Logo appears but nothing else happens!

I have then read out the two bios eproms with a ch341a and tried to repair the bios file according to this video : https://youtu.be/IqHAFk_Oy9Q

After flashing and reassembly the laptop starts (and beeps) until the following screen: Pic ...118

Press f1 to display the following screen: Pic ...059

I do not know that password !I don't even know if one has been programmed, at least the seller claims not to know.

Can please anyone help me and check my dumps and repair them ?
    Thanks a lot

I think my bigger problem at the moment is the password.
can someone tell me if the W540 has a separate security chip where the svp is stored
or is the password in one of the both BIOS-Eproms?
